Facility

Steam Infusion

Utilizes the latest steam infusion heat treatment technology. A gentler and more efficient way to achieve proper temperature without "cooked" flavor often associated with other ELS and shelf-stable products.

Automation

Fully automated processed from through to warehousing. Lights Out Warehouse (ASRS) robot cranes and robotic shuttles for speed and accuracy.

Methane Digester

On-site Methane Digester reduces emissions and fuels heat treatment and cleaning processes.​

Water Outflow

Currently planning with the Bakersfield and California Water Board officials to use water outflow and on-site reverse osmosis treatment to maximize water reuse while minimizing waste.​
